The 2016-17 nonconference schedule has been announced. The season begins with four home games before the Cardinal travels to Mexico for the Cancun Challenge Thanksgiving tournament. The Cardinal plays two teams that made it to the Elite Eight last season — Texas at home and Tennessee in Knoxville.

In this year’s rotation, Washington and Washington State don't visit Maples Pavilion and Stanford misses its regular-season trip to USC and UCLA.
