Happy news for Sarah and Alex — they've gotten medical clearance to practice!
Sarah played all of last season and then had surgery to correct a shoulder problem. She's now a redshirt junior — she sat out her sophomore year with foot problems.
Alex missed her senior high school season after tearing her ACL almost a year ago.
