The Cardinal has been seeded No.2 in the Lexington region and its road to Dallas will begin in Bramlage Coliseum in Manhattan, Kansas (map) against No. 15 New Mexico State on Saturday, March 18 at 10:30 am PT.
IF the Cardinal wins that game (one game at a time), its second-round game will be against either No.7 Kansas State or No. 10 Drake on Monday, March 20 at time tbd.
IF the Cardinal wins its first and second round games, its next game(s) will be at Rupp Arena in Lexington, Kentucky (map) on Friday, March 24 and Sunday, March 26.
IF the seedings hold true, Stanford will play Texas in the Sweet Sixteen and Notre Dame in the Elite Eight.
IF the seedings hold true, the Final Four at the American Airlines Center in Dallas (map) on Friday, March 31 will be UConn vs Baylor and Notre Dame vs South Carolina.
In regard to the rest of the Pac-12:
- Oregon State is the No. 2 seed in the Stockton region. Its first game will be in Corvallis against No. 15 Long Beach State.
- Washington is the No. 3 seed in the Oklahoma City region. Its first game will be in Seattle against No. 14 Montana State.
- UCLA is the No. 4 seed in the Bridgeport region. Its first game will be in Los Angeles against No. 13 Boise State.
- Arizona State is the No.8 in the Stockton region. Its first game will be in Columbia, South Carolina against No. 9 Michigan State.
- California is the No. 9 seed in the Oklahoma City region. Its first game will be in Waco, Texas against No. 8 LSU.
- Oregon is the No. 10 seed in the Bridgeport region. Its first game will be in Durham, North Carolina against No. 7 Temple.
- Washington State, Colorado and Utah have been selected to play in the WNIT. WSU's first game will be at BYU on Thursday, March 16.
