Stanford senior forward Jillian Harmon has a back injury and will not play in Saturday's game against Fresno State.
Harmon was injured in the Cardinal's win over Hawaii in the final game of a tournament in Honolulu on Nov. 30 after scoring 18 points in the first half. Harmon was scheduled to see a back specialist Wednesday and coach Tara VanDerveer declared her out for Saturday's game.
"We are hoping it's not going to be a long, long, thing," VanDerveer said. "Jill was playing so well for us."
Harmon, who played in the Beijing Olympics with the New Zealand national team, is averaging 10 points a game and is finding her stroke as a three-point shooter, hitting 7 of 13 attempts.
