Elliott Almond (Mercury News) reports that Tara thinks the Cardinal operates well with a little chip and that she has found one for Saturday — UC-Santa Barbara (22-9) is coached by Lindsay Gottlieb, a former Cal assistant, and Evan Unrau, Stanford's video coordinator during last season's magical run to the Final Four.
