Aly has retired

After three ACL tears, Aly has decided (or at least, accepted), "Enough!"

@StanfordWBB tweeted yesterday:

Stanford Women's Basketball has announced the medical retirement of redshirt freshman forward Aly Beebe.

So far, that's been the only announcement.

In her Twitter profile, Aly quotes:

If we did all the things we are capable of, we would literally astound ourselves.

I'm so sorry that Aly never had the chance to Wow! us at Maples, but I'm sure she's capable of far more than that and wish her much joy and success.
