Chiney leads USA U18 to exhibition game victory

The USA Basketball U18 National Team defeated Canada 58-39 in an exhibition game at Colorado Springs today.

The USA coalesced as a team in the second half. Chiney, who led the USA with 15 points and 10 rebounds, said, "In the second half, I think we found that one thing that worked for us. We ran with it and started executing our offense. And we started looking for each other first instead of playing one-on-one, individual basketball."

The FIBA Americas U18 Championship for Women begins on Wednesday.
