Will tourney changes affect bracket?

The college season starts this week. There's just time to write about the ending.

This season, the basis for the subregionals will return to the approach used between 1982 and 2002 — the top sixteen teams, as chosen in the bracket selection process, will host the first two rounds on campus.

The regional locations, after a one year experiment allowing tournament teams to host, will return to four neutral sites: Oklahoma City, Spokane, Greensboro and Albany

Charlie Creme (espnW) considers how these changes will affect the selection of the bracket: Will tourney changes affect bracket?
