All the U19 games will be streamed live to YouTube and kept forever, so you can watch Alyssa play at your leisure. The link to each game is posted in the FIBA U19 World Cup schedule.
All the Asia Cup games will be streamed live by livebasketball.tv, but you need to pay a little ($9.99 for a month) to see them. Sign up here and see the game schedule here.
Basketball Australia reports that games will be uploaded to FIBA's YouTube channel for free 24 hours after each game is completed. I don't know yet where to find the links to the replays, but will include them in my game reports.
If you happen to be in Australia, you can watch the Asia Cup group games on Fox Sports TV
