Cardinal crushes the Sun Devils

The Cardinal took the Sun Devils out of their comfort zone big-time. They dominated the game from the tipoff to the final buzzer — from a 2x+4, where x is your score 24-10 lead 13 minutes into the game to a 3x+4 55-17 lead 11 minute later and on to the final 82-35.

The Cardinal's tri-captains all scored in double digits. Jeanette led with 18 points, two rebounds, three assists and three steals. Nneka added 16 points, eight rebounds, four assists and three steals. Kayla added 10 points, six rebounds and two assists.

The Cardinal had 10 players with double-digit minutes. The reserves took over in the last 11 minutes and extended the Cardinal's lead by nine points with aggressive rebounding, great passing and nice shots.
