Just before the Pac-10 Tournament quarterfinal game between Stanford and Cal today, it was announced that Jayne had been named the Toyo Tires Pac-10 Women's Basketball Scholar-Athlete of the Year. She was escorted to center court where she received the award, and the Pac-10 received a check for $22,000.00.
